Single handedly the worst experience ever. I'm trying to access my PAC code to leave. No way they're letting me go. Absolutely useless.
Just goes round & round but can never join. Never seems to recognise any password combo. Shame as the network is good for me.
Login process/PWD change has never worked.
So is quite basic but it gets the job done. However, one thing I can't understand is that the app, despite having password/biometric security, insists on requesting a OTC over SMS EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Why is that necessary?
The app itself is good, it's just the rigamarole in logging in, even though I use the fingerprint to unlock you still insist on the verification code! I really don't get it! I hope you change it soon or i'll be going back to Three.
This is atrocious. It wants to text me a code but it never arrives so unusable. When I click to resend it says an unexpected error occurred. I have to log in via the website, which works fine but looks like a 90's website.
Need a security code every single time to access the app. No need! Pointless! WHY?? I will change providers because of this!
It's really bad apps, I don't mind ask for security code every time, once I got the code and go back to the app, it keeps flashing, nothing on the screen, I just worry that it got virus of the app. Horrible!!!!! I don't think it worth even one star.
